POP goes the weasle

Okay, I have been addicted to pop my entire life. Literally. My mother gave pop to my brother and I very, very young, instanteously after we learned to drink from sippy cups! I love the taste, and literally crave the carbonation and flavor all the time. I HAVE GOT TO BREAK THIS POP HABIT! I truly believe a huge beginner in all my weight problems and health issues stems from drinking so much pop. Things could drastically turn around for me if I make this change! I'm looking for any advice anyone can give me on how to curb the cravings for pop. It's the weirdest thing, like a drug! I like the smell, and the way it feels when I drink it, I love the bubbles, and some ice in the cup, and it just completely quenches my thirst. HELP!
