Confused

So the IIFYM calculator I get a TDEE of 2010 and BMR of 1375 and 1608 goal calories to eat and don't eat back exercise calories cause its already figured in?
With the Scooby calculator I get a TDEE of 2296 and a BMR of 1481 and 1836 goal calories to eat and don't eat back exercise calories?

I'm 32 female
5'1"
CW: fluctuates between 158-163
GW: 120-130

Exercise schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri (most weeks) C25K (30min)
Tues, Thur: Spin class (60min)
Tues, Thur: Zumba class (60min)

I just switched to the 1608 calories the other day. Before that I had it set to 1515 daily calories but never met my NET calories for the day and YES I know that's a problem that I'm trying to work on. But if I use either the 1608 or 1836 then I don't eat those exercise calories back?

I'm sorry for like the millionth post of how many calories do I need to eat to lose weight.

Perfect. Thank you. Which would you try first the 1608 calories or the 1836?

I played around with your numbers a bit and I think you could split the difference and go with 1700. It's not an exactly science and obviously these sites have slightly different variances with activity level so it's hard to get them to match up exactly.

Give it at least 3 weeks of hitting your goals, see how your weight/inches loss goes and then you can adjust up or down from there.

Thanks Minnie. So if I set my goal to 1700 I wouldn't be eating back my exercise calories correct? God I hate math and numbers lol.

When you plugged your information into the site did you include your exercise in your activity level modifier?

If you did include your exercise then you don't eat your exercise calories back as they're already built into your numbers.

If you set your activity level to sedentary then you would need to either refigure your TDEE with an accurate modifier or eat back some of your exercise calories.

Hi there. I figured out my TDEE with the exercise calories added. On the IIFYM calculator I had it set to 5x a week and with the Scooby calculator I chose 3-5hrs a week of moderate exercise
