I am currently trying to lose the last hurrah of lbs and I'm finding it very hard to stay below my TDEE without a ton of fibre from veggies and the taste of tea and coffee. Recently I've been having too much caffeine (~300mg+ if one 30ml espresso has ~70mg/caffeine) and some difficulty in sleeping.
I can't seem to find anything which suggests that a healthy and active person will have any long-term problems when drinking several cups of coffee a day for a short-term period, say a month or two.

Hey, from what I've read, drink as much decaf coffee and tea as you like--they both have antioxidants and are good for you. Drink a few cups of caffeinated and make the rest decaf. (I do not follow this myself-I down caffeine like it's my job.)0
