    I know coffee doesn't. It increases your urination so it actually depletes you of water. I suspect tea is the same.

    Ah, yes, I forgot about the see-thru-your-pee thing. :) I don't watch Oprah, but happened to see that particular show. I pay attention to that.

    Again, I can only speak for coffee, but I am an avid coffee drinker. I drink like 8 cups per day and I can say for sure that my pee ain't clear unless I top that up with another 8 glasses of water.
