New lack of soy causing emotional problem?

Hi all...
I just started a gluten, dairy, and soy free diet 2 weeks ago. It's working out great for me so far but I've noticed I'm a lot more emotional than I used to be. I suppose it could just be a bad bout of PMS, but since this is so much more noticeable than it is every other month I was curious if it had to do with the diet. Has anyone else experienced this when stopping soy?
