In the Exercise section I wrote "cleaning" and found that cleaning is counted as an exercise and calorie burner in myfitness pal.
Can cleaning really be an exercise?
What do you think?
Do you enter the cleaning you do as exercise?

You can burn some calories cleaning. I usually enter it but don't eat back the calories. Mfp overestimates calories burned so I do not trust it0

No. I do not consider cleaning to be exercise.0

I do not count them either. For me, its part of my day-to-day activities.
Ok, so maybe I don't clean EVERY day.........but you get what I mean!! LOL0 -
Nope. Unless your house looks like something that should be featured on the show 'Hoarders'...there's no way you spend 90 minutes every day doing 'vigarous cleaning' and burn 800 calories doing it!0
