Goals & Rewards

All right, All right, Time to be real with myself. I can feel & see myself slipping back into some old habits. I need to stop now!! I have decided the best thing to do is set some goals AND have rewards already decided on for myself. I've never really been good with this kind of thing so I have to start small I think. How does this sound to you?:

Goal 1: Log food & exercise everyday
Lose 5 lbs
Reward: Massage

Goal 2: Continue to Log everything, everyday
Up Daily workout by at least 30 mins
Lose 5 lbs
Reward: New Boots

Goal 3: Continue to Log everything, everyday
Up Daily workout by at least 30 mins
Lose 3 lbs
Reward: New Dress or Outfit

Goal 4: Continue to Log everything, everyday
Try New workout
Lose 4 lbs
Reward: New 49er Gear

Goal 5: Continue to Log everything, everyday
Up Daily workout Intensity
Lose 3 lbs
Reward: New Lingerie or something to make me feel good about my progress

Goal 6: Continue to Log everything, everyday
Up Daily walks by at least 20 mins
Lose 5 lbs
Reward: New TATTOO!!!!!

I would love to hear you thoughts or ideas on how to better this list or how to achieve these goals.
