Stomach Fat

What all can you do to get RID of it? I feel like if all of my stomach fat were removed and put all together, it would be enough to create a whole other person. SO tired of looking at it...and playing with it when I'm bored at home. Ugh...

    What you will hear many times, I'm sure is that you can't spot reduce. It's true. Just keep your deficit up, move as much as you can (exercise) and be patient and you will see results. It's a tough challenge for almost all of us except for those exceptionally genetically gifted.

    Be patient as well as kind to yourself. You'll get there.

    Thank you guys for the kind words of encouragement. You are very sweet! You know...I've lost almost 100 lbs and I feel like my stomach hasn't changed in size. lol I know it has but patience and work ethic ARE indeed important. :) Thank you all again!

    Working out (cardio+weights) and healthy eating is obvious so I cant tell you that. I heard on the Dr.Oz Show that eating meals that are high in protein accompanied with cinnamon helps with belly fat.
