There's no two ways about it - huge caloric deficits work, if the principle goal is to lose as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible.
But it's not a path I would follow...0 -
At least he's not endorsing what he did. I'm sure some people will still see it as inspirational, even though it's dangerous.0
