Does anyone else feel unmotivated???

I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who has NEVER been overweight, but ALWAYS 'broad structured" their whole life (like I am 5'6 and 135lbs with a flat stomach but big thighs/hips). Having this body type I would love to loose 10 lbs and see my legs/hips shrink, but I find myself unmotivated because I'm not sure if it is just my body type (and therefore impossible to be smaller?)
Has anyone ever felt this way and but continued to work through it and lost a significant amount of weight?
Thanks all!!!

I have seen a bunch of girls with your body type completely change their bodies. I worked with a trainer who sort of specialized in pear-shaped girls, and their results were amazing. They all said the same thing- "it's my body type" - but with high-intensity bootcamp-style workouts they completely changed (a lot of strength training, but fast and with cardio bursts in between like burpees). These girls weren't overweight, just had big hips and thighs. Their hips and thighs got tiny and slim and sculpted. They did whole body workouts but special focus on butt and shoulder moves- sculpting your shoulders creates a more balanced physique if your hips are wider. Hire a trainer who knows what they're doing- mine was a bikini competitor, and she knew what exercises worked because she had us doing the workouts she did hereself!0
