This isn't the right place to put this but none of them are : heard a lawyer say that in an insurance claim the insurance company's lawyers can legally get your fitbit data and data from other things like that. If, for example, you did not sleep well the night before you got in a car accident that information can be used against you. Fitbit sounds very helpful, and if you don't upload to the internet no one can access your info., but just know that when you upload you are putting data where it can be accessed in ways you might not want it too.
