Started using MFP first of July but didn't know there was a forum associated with it!
Been lifting weights on and off for years, and, as a result my weight has bounced up and down.
Finally decided I wanted to drop a pant size so I went on a three month cut while lifting. Dropped 24 lbs and made it into 34s (excited for fitting, not about having to spend money on clothes...lol).
Anyway, father of three great boys and a lovely wife.
Just wanted to say "hi".
