Nummy and really easy.
1 Scoop Vanilla Protien Powder
2 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp Water
Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
Mix together, I like to use the turbo speed on my hand mixer because they end up a little thicker. Otherwise they are thin and crep like. I top with Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup.

I use one that I buy from a weightloss clinic here in town but any vanilla that you like should do. I have also heard that there is cinnamon roll flavored protien powder that works awesome for the pancakes as well. I just cant bring myself to buy a container of it if i am only going to use it for pancakes! And buy dropping the pumpkin flavor you have regular protien pancakes, and Walden Farms has bluberry and strawberry syurps as well! Lots of possiblities!0
