With TDEE you do NOT eat back your exercise calories, unless you input SEDENTARY.
Any other setting you won't eat them back.0 -
At lightly active, Scooby's gave me:
BMR - 1877
TDEE - 2580
-20% - 20640 -
This is what i got from http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/
BMR - 1676
TDEE possibilities
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 2298
Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 2633
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2968
Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 3303
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 3639
To be honest I would start at lightly active. You need to eat 20% below your TDEE to lose 1lb a week and DO NOT eat back your exercise calories - they are already accounted for. So you would be looking at approx 2100 cals a day.0 -
thanks, so how long should I give this amount before there is any changes other than inches that is?0

I would say stick to any new routine for 2 months. It is quite normal for your weight to go up also at the start of upping your calories.0 -

4-6 weeks, at the very least!! Stay away from the scale in that time! haha0 -

LOL! I'll try..I need to get my daughter to have a hiding place for it.0 -
Well, you CAN weigh in, as long as you are in the mindset that it's ok, and that you should be seeing a gain at first (especially if you've been following low-calorie diets for a while)0
