With TDEE you do NOT eat back your exercise calories, unless you input SEDENTARY.

Any other setting you won't eat them back.

At lightly active, Scooby's gave me:
    BMR - 1877
    TDEE - 2580
    -20% - 2064

This is what i got from http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/

    BMR - 1676

    TDEE possibilities

Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 2298
    Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 2633
    Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2968
    Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 3303
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 3639

To be honest I would start at lightly active. You need to eat 20% below your TDEE to lose 1lb a week and DO NOT eat back your exercise calories - they are already accounted for. So you would be looking at approx 2100 cals a day.

I would say stick to any new routine for 2 months. It is quite normal for your weight to go up also at the start of upping your calories.

4-6 weeks, at the very least!! Stay away from the scale in that time! haha

Well, you CAN weigh in, as long as you are in the mindset that it's ok, and that you should be seeing a gain at first (especially if you've been following low-calorie diets for a while)
