I've preferred wearing dresses over jeans since gaining weight to avoid the muffin top, but I had to wear jeans this morning for the kind of work I would be doing later in the day. So I absent-mindedly put on jeans that fit me well 4 weeks ago, and the fit is a bit loose. I think nothing of it, and put on a belt, and lo and behold, the belt is also too big even on the smallest hole. I still have 16 kg to lose but I'm happy my progress is starting to show. This has made my day! I hope you can see the pic

    I don't see the pic, but that's still awesome to hear!! I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago too! Guess that means it will be time to go shopping soon enough :wink:

    NSV = non-scale victory

    bump = commenting on something to either make it show up on their profile so their friends will see it, or to bring it up to the top of the forum lists

    FANTASTIC!!!! I had a good NSV last night - albeit a little scary...I was lying in bed on my side with my arm around my husband and my wedding rings just slipped off my finger!!!

    Needless to say we'll be getting me one of those plastic guard thingies...when I reach my goal I'll have them resized.
    I would D-I-E if I lost my rings!!!!!
