Serving size of bowtie pasta?

Would a serving size of bowtie pasta be 1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup cooked? I keep finding different answers.

    Always mesaure food once it's cooked :) You could portion out 1 cup of pasta but since it expands - it'll actually be more than 1 cup once it's cooked! :)
