Questions about Red Wine (recipes & migraines)

:drinker: I love wine!
BUT I realized red wines were triggering a migraine
So in an effort to find a red wine that did not trigger migraines I tried a few different ones... but now I have a few semi-full bottles of wine just sitting around! I hate to waste wine so hence my questions..
1.) Do you know of anything I can cook using red wine? Any good recipes??? (we only do veg, chicken or turkey too - so marinating a steak in it won't help :P)
2.) If you have this issue with red wine and migraines, do you find you can still eat food cooked with the wine? Or is it just the same as if you drank it? I know somethings change when they're cooked, so maybe it doesn't have the same effect.
