I just take a womens daily multi-vitamin (Wal-Mart Equate compare to One-a-Day). It doesn't really help with weight loss but I figure if I'm in this for long-term health then taking a vitamin is a good routine to add to my day

I do not take any suppliments at all, no diet pills, no vitamins tablets.

Years ago I did take pills that I bought at the Chemist that was for speeding up my metabolism. However, I stopped taking them a few days later when during one aerobic class, my heartbeat, instead of rising to 180bpm as per normal, it rose to 224bpm. This was due to the pills, just not worth it in my opinion.

Regarding the vitamins tablets, I refuse to take those either, prefering to eat a balanced diet and so get my vitamins that way.

I take a stress multivitamin (high in pantothenic acid), additional Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and L-Tyrosine. Now and then, I burn through a bottle of amino acid supplements.

All of these I take to supplement my adrenal function.

Otherwise, I take nothing whatsoever. I have eliminated all stimulants from my diet, except for 1 cup of coffee in the morning (no asthma meds, no energy drinks, no chocolate, no tea, no gensing, and no coffee after the morning cup). I drink water and rarely, grapefruit juice.

I would just check with your dr. I had stopped taking all things vitamins, prescriptions everything. But she told me I need to take my multivitamin, 500 mg vitamin C, and also 1000 iu Vitamin D. I throw in the occasional Fishoil (2, 1000) since I don't eat any seafood whatsoever.

Thanks Kelly, I take a women's multivit., 2000u Vit D , and 2 fiber tabs (you wouldn't think I'd need those with all the fiber, fruit and veggies I consume---but, anyway)....I don't take any diet pills or other crazy stuff but was just making sure there was anything I was missing.....I probably should include some calcium because I don't truly drink enough milk or other dairy products usually....
