Exercise Suggestions for Runners

I don't have access to a gym which is fine with me as it doesn't fit my budget needs. I am looking for other kinds of exercising that will help my running. I have lost over 80 lbs. Recently started Stair stepping 2-3 days a week for a half-hour along with my 4 days of running (2 days of 4-5 miles, 1 day of 2-3 miles, and 1 day of 6+ miles as I am on a half-marathon training) I am wondering if there are some other exercises I should be doing. Oh, I have a medicine ball and use it to do crunches. I am not strong enough to do push-ups. I've tried a few times, makes my wrist feel like they are going to break. Basically, looking for a few ideas, as I am getting lighter, I feel like I can try other things now.
