Any women currently doing or completed Body Beast? I am starting it this weekend and am a little intimidated. Looking for some pointers...

Best tips: Don't be afraid to lift heavy weights, don't sacrifice form for heavier weights, get a good adjustable bench and some adjustable dumbells, that it's !
The workout are pretty straight foward and the exercices well explained. You shouldn't have any problems following them.
I was starting a Body Beast group on October 16th, wanna join?0 -
Thanks for the tips! I will be doing Body Beast roughly 3 days/week for the next few months so won't be able to keep up with the daily set schedule but would be happy to jointhe group for support and tips!0

I'm really thinking about it. I have a leg injury right now so I could only do the upper body stuff but I still think it would be good to do. Which package are you thinking of ordering? I like JUST looked at the website before I saw this post and was thinking of doing the middle one (i don't remember the name) haha.
I would just need a bench and some weights!0
