Hips, Hips, Hips

First off let me say, yes I'm well aware I have huge hips/butt! With that said. I've been exercising and losing weight for over a year (71 lbs to be exact). Exercise started out with WII Fit and other games. Then I moved to WII and an elliptical machine. The last two months I've began Zumba Three times a week for an hour (faithfully), and walk 3.1 miles twice a week (faithfully). After walking, the outer area of my hips are hurting horribly. Not enough to take anything medicine wise, but enough to make me move very stiffly. I'm not one that just goes to the doctor for every little ache and pain. Just wanting to see if anyone here has had the same issue. I would think after two months my body would be used to this! Any advice or input is appreciated!

Well, "horrible" pain should really be checked out by a doctor. Hopefully it is not bursitis (joint inflammation). You could try seeing if this stretch helps:
