    This week's heat is making up for the fact I spent 2 weeks in nice weather. It's going to be over 100 all week, with crazy heat indices. I'll spend most of August inside.

    Today - yoga at noon. Not sure what else. Woke up with a sinus headache - I'm hoping it will go away soon. Got some new Vibrams yesterday - the ones with the thicker sole. They aren't as comfortable as the other ones, but I was ruining my regular ones on the treadmill.

    Just got back from a training session of boxing/ TRX. I'm pretty sure if I was able to do TRX once or twice a week, I'd be pretty buff pretty fast.

    I talked to her about doing a "prescription" for me exercise wise. I feel like I'm in a rut and not progressing as much as I should. (a life pattern for me). I'm working more on outsourcing my goal-setting.:tongue:

    Now I have to get cleaned up and go do some errands I need to finish before I leave first thing Monday morning....eek and squee!

    Side note: I just got offered yet another job. Just when I say to myself "that's it...I'm just going to concentrate on the one thing..." Ka-pow...I get offered two jobs in one week. Oof.

    It's always nice to be offered jobs - even if you don't want them. :happy:

    After I teach yoga, we are going to brunch and to "The Wedding Singer" play with my parents. Should be fun.

    We ended up eating lunch really late yesterday, then headed over to the movie theater for Toy Story 3 - by the time we got out, we were ready for dinner. So, I didn't get a walk in, need to today. I'm watching "Glee" on Netflix. Not sure what I think of it yet.

    I also need to do my headstand practice - another workshop is coming next weekend, then the hard one two weeks after that!

    Morning pebbs,

    Sore from the workout with the trainer yesterday. I shudder to think what I would feel like if we'd done 3 sets (the original plan) vs 2 (I asked for extra stretching).

    I'm pondering a walk or a Zumba DVD. Other than that, it's last minute packing/panicking/ordering a car to the train station/wondering what I've forgotten. I barely slept last night...this is something that happens when vacation rolls around...mostly it's "zomg! we shouldn't be spending all of this money!" Even though I save in a special account for it all year long. August is always a tricky month money-wise, and that's where we put the vacation. Go figure.

    I have a love/hate relationship with Glee. The auto-tune/pitch correction is out of control, so it's gotten more and more difficult for me to watch. They all sound like computers instead of people. . .
