40 Pounds in the Face

Hey all!
I've been on and off the weight-loss wagon for the past couple of months and was starting to feel a bit down about it until I looked at some of my old photos. I thought I might share my success, both to motivate myself and to hopefully motivate others, and let them know that the journey is full of ups and downs, and there's almost never a straight path to your end goal.
I still have about 15-20 pounds left that I'd like to lose, but here is my 3/4-of-the-way-there success pictures. The 200lb picture is from January of 2012, 180lbs is from February 2013 and the 160lbs is from today
Just remember to keep on keeping on, no matter where you are in your journey!

You look so good. Congrads! I couldn't agree with you more. It is a journey with turn and ups and downs. Every day won't be perfect, but making a lifestyle change will last forever! Best of luck to you on your next 15~20lbs!0
