Chronic Pain

Over the past 6 months, I have suffered with chronic pain in right ankle and hip. I have been to multiple chiropractors with no relief. Now I am on physical therapy, and the relief comes and goes. Any one else have similar experiences and what have you done to help the situation? I try to eat clean for the most part. However, the pain has kept me from doing much in the way of cardio.

Hey Friend. Yep chronic pain here too. I'm permanently totally disabled because of my back so I know how you fill. I stopped taking Oxycodone 3 years ago cold turkey. I wanted my life back. !0 years went by in a blur, little to remember, but now I have to force myself to do the simplest things. Everything hurts but I live with it. All I can do is basically walk, so walk I do. I Hope by loosing a ton of weight some of my back problems will go away.0
