Exercise Calories

I've seen a lot if different information on this. I have only ever eaten some of my exercise calories twice. Should I be eating those??? I always assumed that you shouldn't. I also still seem to be full at my current 1760 calories but I can assume as my goal drops there may be a point where it is too few calories based on what I am doing. On average I run 3-4 days a week with a 800+ calorie burn. Any thoughts?

If you're happy with your 1760, then stick with that. However with a burn of 800 some cals, it gives you some leeway if you want to eat a little more or if you're hungry, etc.0

The fact that MFP gives exercise calories indicates that you should be eating them. The calorie goal provided by MFP is net calories, so your exercise needs to be factored in.
If you have your calorie goal set to losing 1.5 or 2 pounds a week, you definitely need to eat your exercise calories. If you have your goal set to a slower weight loss, it would only make you lose weight faster.0
