So I went from being a pepsi addict (between me mostly I could finish 2 liter soda, but also didn't drink anything else) after two years and weight gain I kicked it (has been two months?) but gained a new addiction to Lipton Raspberry Iced Tea, but it has a ton of sugar. So I bought 100 % natural herbal raspberry tea. No caffeine, no calories, no sugar and brew about 64oz and put a little less than 1/2 a tbsp of 100 % natural agave nectar per 12oz. I drank all 64oz today and my question is tea bad for you as well? Before anyone saids it, I can't drink water. I literally makes me barf. I need limes or fruit in it to settle my stomach. But like the tea more. So is it bad to drink tea all the time? Sorry if this is all over the place, I just want to keep taking baby steps to the next healthiest thing I can stick to.
