New to MFP

Hi all,
I'm brand new. Looking forward to the new journey of tracking my fitness life. I'm married with a 12 year old boy. I currently work out about 3 times a week. I do strength training and cardio ( Loving Kangoo right now!) I'm more about improving my fitness level, toning, and losing inches around my middle.
