ok, so I am anything but a newbie, but I have a question for anyone that has done it.
I started doing all weight training although I have a lot of weight to drop while eating at a large deficit, my tdee is 2300, I was eating just 1600 calories and doing all weight lifting.(3 times a week) I noticed that a few inches came off, but nothing huge and I lost mabe 1 lb, and this was all in 3 months! I decided to up the calories to what I thought was my maintance, (2000) and couldn't eat no more then 1900 a day! I lost weight., (when I say lost I mean droppd past 167 to 165) YAY, right? well, no. cause now I eat right at an average of 1750/1850 calories a day .... I really want to be in the 150 lb range before Halloween, so I decided to up the exercise to doing 30 minutes of cardio circuit training 2 times a week coupled with my normal weight lifting regimen. I have been doing this since September 30, and plan to continue as long as I can. Since im doing cardio again should I bring up the calorie content? I have a issue with keeping my fat intake below what it should be ( I got it set to 20 percent of my daily intake)
Any answers from anyone is helpful!!

I would try working out more. Two times a week doesn't seem enough if you want real results. I'd maybe try that? Good luck! You can do it!0
