help please :s

Hi ! I must say im a very shy person so i haven't post anything before ,even the fact that im here reading everything, seriously all day long , so thank you, cause there might be a lot of people like me who dont comment on anything but read all your advise and ideas of how to carry this journey.

A little about me : im 25 ,female ,live outside usa ,being using MFP for 3 weeks now , my SW: 295.5 , the fisrt i drop 9lb,in the second 2.5 and in the third week cero nothing , im in plateau,now i know that the reason this happen is because im eating on my daily basis between 900-1100 cal , and my metabolism it has slow down (and i know it because i feel it ,and no im not losing inches neither im freaking out about, and No! Im not"just hungry" ) ,im just here to ask advice of how i can get off this stage..its being so difficult to reach my MFP daily goal of 1650 cal.
Im commited to myself on doing this and become a healthy person :)

    You aren't in a plateau nor have you slowed down your metabolism in 3 weeks. You definitely aren't eating enough but that's by your own choice. You don't get to be 295 lbs by not being able to eat.

    You don't have to eat "diet" foods to lose weight. You can eat anything you want as long as it's in your budget. Fat doesn't make you fat, sugar doesn't make you fat, carbs don't make you fat, eating too much makes you fat. Start eating calorie dense foods that get you up to your budget but make sure you are weighing and measuring all of your food and logging it, Every single morsel crossing your lips needs to be accounted for.

    I never said that im not able to eat , what i meant was that im not hungry anymore,that i often find myself eating because i know i have to eat but dont feel the hunger or the desire to do it.
    Anyway thanks for your opinion , i will take it in consideration .
