Losing weight but still big arms! help!

Hey everybody.

Does anybody here lost 8 pound or more of weight b but still haavee big arms? I tried lifting weights. But I looked much bulky since Im kind of naturally muscular built. I just reeally wwanna losee this armfat. I haave arms like V shaped. :l

    Eat a deficit, exercise, and give it time.
  • I, unfortunately, inherited my father's athletic build & broad shoulders which gives me big arms too & as I'm not lifting weights because I want to subtract & not add :wink: I've been finding success w/ incorporating arm circles into my aerobic routine, that plus eating less and eating right is helping. Once I'm ready to get back into a swimsuit, I know swimming will help slim the arms down too.

    I've read that stretching helps make leaner muscles, as well as lifting light weights. I also have a muscular physique (yeah for rugby legs on a girl!? :noway: ) so I feel your pain.

    I'd like to lose some more just to lessen the muscular arms. lol
