Hi there, my names Nik ....started MFP a few days ago to keep track of my cal intake....and increase my proteins. I am now 40 >_< but feel fitter than i have ever done for years....have been a veggie for 19years ( stopped smoking for 10 years now) and exercise aprox 5 times a week ( routines and sports).
