My Little Diet Tip

On my iPhone I have it set to repeat Diet as a reminder forever everyday at 8 am then every 2 days it tells me to go to the gym. Just my little tip I think you guys should try out. Your phone becomes your diet coach lol.

    I put comments in my iPhone alarm clock alarms. It tells me to get up and run at 6am, and then another one goes off 15 minutes later nagging me a little.
