What does it mean to be healthy

I started thinking about this in another thread.
The dictionary sites "In good health."
WHO says "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
I've always thought of it as meaning that you're not sick.
I'd love to hear what other people think.
(I have no clue if this is the right forum for this, or not.)

It depends on the context, i suppose. If you go to the doctor and they say you're "healthy", they're probably not talking about your relationships. :-)
But i do like the WHO's expanded definition, because being mentally and socially healthy are valid concepts. And there is evidence that they can affect physical health eventually (and vice versa).0
