I have a bicycle habit.
On the grounds that you can never have enough bicycles, any spare money seems to go towards upgrades, new frames or fixing my various project bikes.
My 'cheap' Italian restored project has probably consumed a couple o f thousand dollars so far, my singles speed is way over a thousand and I am not sure I want to talk about my mountain bike.......0 -
The kids and gas money for the boat.0

I'm a cyclist so...bike stuff, of course.
Right now my husband is getting ready to launch a new business, so all of our extra cash is going towards getting the business up and running.0 -

I am more of a saver. After the bills have been paid, the majority of left overs goes into savings. With the remaining 'leftovers'. I normally buy some shares and get myself some sort of treat. The treat can vary from a good bottle of wine to a clothing shopping spree. Today was splurge day0

Mostly the kids! They take up pretty much all of the extra. LOL But I also have a pretty decent addiction to VS, so that's where I'd be spending any extra after the extra the kids spend.0

Aquariums/fish. We recently dropped over $500 on changing out our 110 gallon tank from a community environment to a Discus tank The unexpected result in making the change-the higher temperature and more food that went in the tank kicked off a breeding bonanza for some of the other species that were still in there, and that led us to converting a room in our basement to a hatchery room for egg/baby tanks. Currently up to three activated tanks and my husband is out right now picking up a 4th. New tanks plus the set up costs =no extra spending money for the next year or so :ohwell:
Don't ever get fish-they becomes worse than a gambling addiction0 -
