Hi Everyone
A little about me to begin with. Ive always suffered from being overweight since i was a child. Earlier this year i stupidly embarked on a crash diet and lost about 2st in 6 weeks which left me feeling drained, horrible and not even able to enjoy being "slim" as ive always wanted to be. Of course i started binging soon after reaching my goal weight and here i am even heavier than i was before!
So ive decided to do it the old fashioned way lol eat clean, train mean and get lean! I understand the concept of eating clean and thats what im going to be doing. However, im trying to get my head around eating 6 small meals a day as i believe this would be best for me in order to stay on track
Does anyone have any menus of their own 6 small meals a day?
Thankyou

Eating clean seems to create a huge controversy here.
You might want to check out some of the more specific groups for discussions (I think there may even be a clean eating group.)0 -
you can manipulate your calories in more than one way. you can eat three meals with three snacks in between all totaling up too your daily calories or you can divide your calories by 6 and eat three mini meals. You want to do something you are comfortable with and can maintain.0

No need to eat clean or eat 6 meals a day. As long as you eat at a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight. Make sure you're eating healthy foods full of protein and fiber, but occasional treats aren't going to stop you from losing weight. Cutting them all out may cause you to binge on the foods that you're missing. I eat chocolate daily and fast food at least a couple of times a week.0

To respond to your question here, check out the Body for LIfe website. Bill Phillips is one of the big proponents of 6 "clean" meals a day, by which he meals protein and a clean, slow burn carb.
Also, Bodybuilding.com has some good info.

Please read these before you commit to a program where you may feel you are depriving yourself. I've been there.

Eat at a small deficit, hit your macro & micro needs and don't stress over "clean or not".
Also, in before the pretension & inevitable butthurt.0 -
