Hello, i am started diet last week, in 6 days i managed to lose 1 kg.
I am 175 cms, 85 kgs currently.
My diet is simple, no bread, no french fries(which are sadly served everyday infront of me, which torments me and sometimes i pass 2 or 3 pieces), no oily food.
In the morning i have whole wheat bread with olive oil and olive seeds and sometimes with labneh (as known in Lebanon, in the west i think its called greek yogurt).
then after 3 hours i eat one milk wafer 37 gram ,and after another 3 hours another one, and sadly they do not have nutritional facts on them, but reading other wafers, they should be around 50 calorie each.
then lunch comes, in which i have to eat like my coworkers eat ( i live in a shared house in a foreign country).
so usually its chicken, or rice with chicken or pizza etc.., served with a salad everyday , i limit my consumption to half of what i used to eat.
After the lunch (which is around 5 oclock), i do sports, mostly free styling on music for 30 minutes, and 6 minutes of HIIT training (which kills me and makes me exhausted).
Later on when i feel hungry i eat an orange or a tangarine, 1 or 2.
What do you guys think?
