Help! Gaining Inches

Sorry if this is TLDR but I really need help.
So I'd been pretty consistent with MFP (started on June 20th). Despite what MFP suggested, it took me about 3 months to lose 4lbs, and an inch on my waist. Was pretty happy with how things were going even if it was slow.
Recently my dad had an accident, I got laid off, and my boyfriend broke up with me (lost job and bf in the same 3 days) and it was just too much to focus on working out and counting. So I was over my goal most days for the last week and a half, but except once or twice I was not over maintenance. Even when I was above it was only by 50-250 calories or so and this was not a consistent thing (the night of the break up, the day after, and the night I lost my job). I continued to work out, but partly because I've been staying at my parents' and their house is full of white carbs, junk food, and they like to eat out (ugggh...nothing like going to a restaurant where the only thing you can eat is soup broth) and partly because I've been focusing more on my job search and work, it was just hard to stay within the 1280 calories that MFP allowed me. I've also been feeling very, very hungry lately even if I have a lunch that used to fill me up (spaghetti squash, lots of veggies, fish etc).
So today I measured my waist and I'd gained 1.5 inches on it in a week and a half! O.o; I'm not sure how on earth that happened; it took me so long to lose just a little weight, how could I have gained it all back so fast?
Other info if it helps:
I recently became a pescetarian though I never really ate much meat before anyway
I use a digital food scale to measure food and log every bite
I am 5'3" and started at 114lbs, dropped to 110. I'm too scared to weigh myself now
I started with a 25.5" waist, dropped to 24.5" over three months. Now I'm at 26" after a week and a half O.o;
As I've been at my parents' neighbourhood gym, my workouts have had to shift more toward bodypump and moderate impact aerobics (I used to do bodypump before but just 2x a week instead of 3x)
I haven't been able to go to dance class for this last week and a half but have been doing other cardio (zumba, aerobic salsa etc)
A while ago I calculated my TDEE and with a 10% deficit it should give me 1309 calories if I work out every day. I decided to just stick to 1280 and not count any of the walking I do (I live in the city) since 1309 when working out for two hours a day seems pretty dangerous.
Any advice is appreciated.

closed diary but an increase in carb intake could have given you a water and waist increase beyond what you would expect from the calories.0
