Deleting Friends?

Okay..been on MFP for a while...doing great things for me! I value the community support, but most of all the support from the friends I choose for myself! But when do you delete a friend? ...how long a 'no show' ?

    I don't delete often either. I joined MFP, and then promptly did nothing on it at all for about a year and a half. Now I have logged on daily for almost a year. I figure they (my inactive friends) may be just like I was.

    I go in about 6 months and delete anyone over 6 months not logged in.

    I have had people come back 4-5 months without logging and stay consistently.

    I delete all the time. Maybe I'm just a bad person!

    If I don't get anything from a friend, why bother having them? I don't need 'numbers'. A few people I've had requested me & then would proceed to log in daily but never comment, some wouldn't even log their food?!?

    I usually delete if they have been off MFP for 30 days or longer, or if they post CONSTANTLY and I don't have much in common with them. I'll also delete if the person keeps posting religious stuff on here.
