Couch to 5K - Round 2

I've completed my first round of the Cto5k program. I finished it in about 4 weeks and am able to run the 5k at a 10/min/mile pace. My goal in round two is to complete it but at a 7:30min/mile pace. Currently I have started week 2 and run for 90 seconds at 7-7:30m/mile then walk for two minutes.
I feel exactly as I did when I started the program the first time (heavy breathing!), but his time my pace is much faster. Hopefully this works, but I can tell its a bit harder to run now and is frustrating because I'm used to running without stopping and now I'm back to the intervals to increase my pace!!!
Hopefully this works!?
