loving Fitness Pal!

I just started using fitness pal a few days ago and I'm really loving it! I've always believed that the key to weight loss is counting calories and not fad diets that make you cut out certain food groups etc. I usually try keep track of my calories in my head- but now I'm loving how I can log it in everyday and no for sure how much I'm consuming. Even tho I try eat more or less the same thing everyday, of course there are days where this is not possible. I never realised how fattening alcohol is!

I don't have a lot of weight to lose. I'm currently 58kg and my goal is around 53 kg. Dream weight is 50kg! I feel like this time I actually may get there :))

    Going out for drinks is my biggest downfall... High calorie appetizers and tons in the drinks. Ugh.
