So...I was just wondering, all the people who are on low/no carb...you miss out on the beauty of fruit? O.o
I'm about to go low carb+IF right about now, so does that mean I miss out on my favourite food?

I'm from 56 degrees North so I'm not evolved to eat much fruit ;-)
There are low carb berrys, in fact most fruit apart from apples and grapes are 10% or below in sugars.
If you are obsessed with fruit then low carb would be a questionable choice. The broccoli I had for tea was richer in vitamins and minerals than fruit, and lower in carb, but it may not suit your tastes.0 -
My fruit is pretty much berries (strawberry/blueberry/blackberry) since I keep my carbs really low (under 25g/day).
It depends on how "low carb" you plan to go as far as what fruit might fit your macros.0
