    Thinking about trying this intermittent fasting diet where you only eat during certain hours and fast the rest of the day.

    I don't have that kind of will power intentionally lol sometimes I forget to eat... Does that count?

    I did extreme boot camp today and I am so sore! I love it!

    What is extreme boot camp? Sounds painful

    its at the YMCA. I've been doing it every Saturday for the last 6 weeks. Its an hour of a mix of HIIT, strength training, cardio and abs.

    Oohh that sounds brutal.. I just finish my first week of insanity! I hope I get better at it Bc I'm kind of pitiful now lol

    it is!! I did insanity too. It really helped with my endurance but damaged my knees a bit. Plyo! Shaun T has a new one, T25 that seems interesting. I may have to give it a try.

    That's awesome! I completed the program earlier this year and actually resumed/restarted this past Monday. I'm sore.
