WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT-1,800 calories

Hi everyone, I really need your help!!
I've been trying to lose weight for the past 7 to 8 months. Right now, I Weight 140. I've lost 10 pounds last year but I just wanna lose 10 more pounds to reach my goal weight. Anyways, I've been eating clean most of the time with one cheat meal a week, I'm active and I monitor my calories. A couple months ago I used to eat 1300 calories but I found out that I was eating under my BMR so now i'm eating 1800 trying to lose weight. I'm so confuse do what i'm doing wrong. PLEASE HELP ME!

    How do you know for sure how many calories you're eating? Your diary has a lot of empty pages. You might be eating more than you think - it's really important to weigh, measure and count everything you eat and drink consistently. Skipping a day here and there is one thing, but not several days a week.
