Flabby Stomach

Hi everyone. I've lost around 2stone recently and overall I am happy as I've dropped almost two dress sizes. The bottom of my stomach is really annoying and flabby. I am doing cardio everyday, but know nothing about strength exersise and weights. Could anyone point me in a direction to help tone this stomach up a bit please. Nothing drastic to start, I'm 58 and new to exersise. I just want to build it up safely. Thank you.
