Hi! Im ashton and im trying, again to get into shape! I have always been the type to gain and lose gain and lose. I am married and we are trying for a baby and I want to get into shape before and during so I can be in shape afterward! My husband in in the army and we are currently stationed in Germany for another three years. AND these BAKERYS are killing me!!

    Hey Ashton,
    I lived in Germany for a while and the bakeries are KILLER! So tasty, and it's so cheap it's easy to say yeah, I want this along with this, this, and this. I'm new to this site as well, but it seems like there are a ton of resources and motivation.
