hello everyone, im nikki and im new to fitness pal. i been trying to loose weight off and on for many years now. i really want to stick to a routine. i dont mind exercising, the problem is just actually getting up to do it and keep doing it. me and my fiance are challenging each other to see who will look better by the time he comes back in december, hes in better shape than me because hes an athelete but i will have better results than him....GO ME!!!!!!! Motivation.
