I work out 6 days a week and usually burn b/w 350-650 calories per workout, depending on what I'm doing. I use a Polar FT7 to track my calories. I eat back most of my exercise calories to get me b/w 1500-1800. On my day off I have a really hard time sticking to 1290.
Should I eat more on my day off or try to stick to the 1290?

Or you can switch to the TDEE-20% method. It's what I do, otherwise it would just suck. I guess another option is to eat a bit less when you workout and eat a bit more when you don't.
