a new beginning

I, too, was impressed with Tamara on the Today show and decided to join my fitness pal. I have been to weight watchers and had some moderate success but nothing to write home about! My goal is to lose 81 pounds by next April!! I am also recently retired and will have more time to cook health meals and exercise more. So, good luck to all of us "newbies"!:smile:
