Whey and bcaa

Hi
I currently use whey to supplement my diet.
Train 3-4 times with heavy weights plus 1-2 hiit cardio sessions per week.

My question is, would a bcaa supplement benefit fat loss? Or am I getting enough from the whey?

I am in a caloric deficit and main goal is to cut fat and maintain muscle.

When is best to take both supplements?
Thanks

I actually like the BCAA's. Possible it's all in my head but I feel like I have better workouts and recovery when I supplement with them. Who really knows though.

There are quite a few protein powders out there that have a good amount of BCAA's included in the whey already. I know the one I use has some BCAA's in it.

Honestly I have no idea what they do or what the benefit is, but I've been getting pretty good results just lifting heavy 3-4 times a week, eating healthy, and getting a decent amount of protein each day.

Ok thanks all. Think I'll stick to just using the whey as it seems to have bcaas in it (didn't think to read the label!).
