Tired

Last week I did nothing but sleep. Even thinking about going to the gym made me tired. I stuggle with if I am working too hard and not eatting enough?

I try to do 4-5 days a week of exercise (cardio and weights) burning around 500 each day.

I eat around 1600-1800 calories a day.

Ive been stalled on my weight loss for MONTHS not a week, not a few weeks, like 4 months.

All my efforts are starting to feel pointless.


I dont plan to quit, working out and eatting good makes me feel strong and amazing. I just need some encouraging words and thoughts..

    I would say: 1.you need to eat a bit more or 2. Switch up your workouts or 3. You might be at your perfect weight for your body. Hope you figure it out and other people are more helpful than I am lol
